God's word clearly tells us that we can only serve one master. The choices are God or Satan. When we are not serving God then there is only one other that is being served. Of course, those that decide not to serve God do not realize that they are serving Satan. The bible tells us that man's very best is nothing more than filthy rags in the site of God. The only way to be pleasing to God is to acknowledge our sins and that we are indeed sinners, repent of such, put our faith and trust in Jesus by asking him to come into our heart and then believe it and live it through faith. At the moment you sincerely ask Jesus into your heart then God puts his Holy Spirit inside you. This is our helper and comforter, if we will allow such. If Darwin could come back now he would have a much different story to tell. God explains to us in his word, the bible, that we were formed from the dust of the ground. He actually made us out of dirt. We are just a bunch of dirt clods running around. Ha-ha. Really, if you look up the elemental composition of the earth's surface and document the top 15 elements in such and then look up the top 15 elements that comprise the human body, you should be amazed. Of the 15 elements in both the earth's surface and the human body, there are 10 matches. You can find the same 10 elements out of the 15 in each category. Some may be in a little different order of magnitude but, never the less, they are there. God formed man from the dust of the ground and then breathed the breath of life into him. Don’t be misled by worldly thoughts and theories of mere men. God’s word tells us that man has many ideas and ways. Except, they all end up in death.
