EDITORIAL: Pray for GO Students

According to the United States Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, more than 70 million Americans, about 1 in 4, are younger than 18, the age group commonly referred to as juveniles. This age group has increased consistently since the mid-1980s and is projected to continue increasing until at least 2015.

As a mom of one of the Go Students I appreciate your prayers. Like you said, these students have worked very hard and seen God's hand of provision for the year leading up to this Mission Trip. We are praying that God will do a mighty work in the UK this summer. Casey (our son) is the only youth from our church this year; however, we have several who have felt the call to go next year. It is my prayer that many will answer God's call...not only in the UK, but right here at home!

As one of the GO students who served in London from July 1 through July 8, I just wanted to thank everyone who has taken the time to pray and support us over the past year. I can tell you from expirence that God is really working in the lives of the people in London and I was so blessed to be part of the expirence. Thank you again and please continue to pray that God will speak to the people in London and move in their lives.
